BioI'm just a fictional character from Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Robert Rodriguez owns all but my eyes (which my writer keeps in a jar on her desk).

CIA Agent Sheldon Sands is from the movie Once Upon a Time in Mexico, the third installment of Robert Rodriguez' awesome Mariachi trilogy (El Mariachi, and Desperado are the first two). He was played brilliantly and eccentrically by Johnny Depp.
Sheldon is a manipulative bastard and brilliant mastermind. He planned an overthrow of the president of Mexico, using others to bring about his coup, moving them like chess pieces, until he could come in, take the money, and run. He was unfortuantely outwitted before that could happen and lost his eyes in the process.
I have only written Sheldon post-blinding in fic, so I continue that here, even though it's chronologically wrong. It was a disguise. He no longer has use for it.
He also has an affinity for the things he liked in the movie like his favorite Mexican dish, puerco pibil - spicy slow roasted pork in fruit juices (delicious), and tequila and lime.
Teenage Sheldon always wears sunglasses to cover the fact that he has no eyes. He has told no one how it happened, and never will. It's no one's business but his own. *Sheldon smirks* "Fooled you."
